Thank you to all our partners who allow us to best serve our friends, not only in the immediate, but the long-term. We are grateful to each and every one of you. 

Our partnership with Milwaukee County Housing First has proved to be a vital resource for our friends experiencing homelessness. Together, we have been able to connect and refer hundreds of individuals to temporary shelter and/or permanent supportive housing through their “Housing First” program. Our teamwork doesn’t end there as we are in constant contact nearly every day of the week. We are grateful for their partnership, hard work, and dedication to our most vulnerable population.
